This includes most e-reader applications on mobile phones and tablets (e.g. Apple's iBooks, various apps for Android), and on desktops (e.g. Calibre). - Kindle owners will generally want the AZW3 format. Unfortunately, AZW3s cannot be sent with Amazon's Send to Kindle service and need to be sideloaded via USB. Some have tried using Send to Kindle to send EPUBs, but with mixed success. - Kobo owners will want kobo's "KEPUB" format, which is a version of the EPUB format optimized for Kobo e-readers. ## Other Languages - franā§ais ## Table of Contents - Cover - Titlepage - Quotation - Copyright - Preface - Abbreviations - Introduction Toggle subsection - Guided Meditation - Issues with the Breath - Q&A - Conviction (1) - Distracting Thoughts - Q&A - Conviction (2) - Pain - Q&A - Persistence - Ajaan Leeâs Teachings - Q&A - Mindfulness : The First Stage - Letting Go & Holding On - Q&A - Mindfulness : The Second Stage - Questions of Action - Q&A - Concentration - Vocabulary & Maps - Q&A - Discernment - Conclusion - Q&A - Readings - Glossary ## Cover image - --> - - - -
