This includes most e-reader applications on mobile phones and tablets (e.g. Apple's iBooks, various apps for Android), and on desktops (e.g. Calibre). - Kindle owners will generally want the AZW3 format. Unfortunately, AZW3s cannot be sent with Amazon's Send to Kindle service and need to be sideloaded via USB. Some have tried using Send to Kindle to send EPUBs, but with mixed success. - Kobo owners will want kobo's "KEPUB" format, which is a version of the EPUB format optimized for Kobo e-readers. ## Other Languages - espaā±ol - franā§ais - portuguāªs ## Table of Contents - Cover - Titlepage - Copyright - Preface - Introduction Toggle subsection - Guided meditation - Questions - An Overview Toggle subsection - Questions - Determination Toggle subsection - Questions - Pain Toggle subsection - Questions - Discernment Toggle subsection - Questions - Goodwill Toggle subsection - Questions - Truth Toggle subsection - Questions - Virtue Toggle subsection - Questions - Persistence Toggle subsection - Questions - Mindfulness Toggle subsection - Questions - Giving Toggle subsection - Questions - Selves & Not-self Toggle subsection - Questions - Renunciation Toggle subsection - Questions - Maintaining Concentration Toggle subsection - Questions - Endurance Toggle subsection - Questions - Grief & Remorse - Equanimity Toggle subsection - Questions - Conclusion - Readings Toggle subsection - I.
