This includes most e-reader applications on mobile phones and tablets (e.g. Apple's iBooks, various apps for Android), and on desktops (e.g. Calibre). - Kindle owners will generally want the AZW3 format. Unfortunately, AZW3s cannot be sent with Amazon's Send to Kindle service and need to be sideloaded via USB. Some have tried using Send to Kindle to send EPUBs, but with mixed success. - Kobo owners will want kobo's "KEPUB" format, which is a version of the EPUB format optimized for Kobo e-readers. ## Table of Contents - Cover - Titlepage - Copyright - Introduction - Free to Choose - What We Have in Common - For Your Benefit Here & Now - In Alignment - In the Present - Remember This - The Governing Principle - The Easy Way Out - The Sport of Wise People - The Thread of Mindfulness - Imperturbable - Scramble the Image - Dethinking Thinking - Training Your Cynical Voices - Boring - Your Intentions Come First - Questioning Your Unconscious Actions - Protection Through Mindfulness Practice - Recollection of the Buddha - The World of Conviction - Pleasant Practice, Painful Practice - Goodwill as Restraint - Cultivate a Limitless Heart - The Meaning of Happiness - Examine Your Happiness - Donât Underestimate Merit - Dedicating Merit - Harmlessness - The Samsaric Mud Fight - Justice vs. Skillfulness - Inner Refuge Through Inner Strength - Living Honorably - So Little Time - The Positive Side of Heedfulness - A True Person - Adult Dhamma - Clinging, Addictions, Obsessions - A Noble Warriorâs Path - Comparing Mind - Intelligent about Change - Right View about Right View - Not-self Is a Value Judgment - Chickens from Hell - Train Your Hunger (The Sea Squirt) - The Whole Elephant - Fire Escapes - Passion, Dispassion, Compassion - Freedom, Conditioned & Not - Glossary ## Cover image - --> - - - -
