This includes most e-reader applications on mobile phones and tablets (e.g. Apple's iBooks, various apps for Android), and on desktops (e.g. Calibre). - Kindle owners will generally want the AZW3 format. Unfortunately, AZW3s cannot be sent with Amazon's Send to Kindle service and need to be sideloaded via USB. Some have tried using Send to Kindle to send EPUBs, but with mixed success. - Kobo owners will want kobo's "KEPUB" format, which is a version of the EPUB format optimized for Kobo e-readers. ## Table of Contents - Cover - Titlepage - Copyright - Introduction - Part I Toggle subsection - Brightness Within - The Light of Discernment - Clinging - Letting Go - Three Principles - Three Strands of a Rope - At the Gate of a Cattle-pen - Starting Out Small - Housework & Fieldwork - Strength for the Journey - Into Position - Two Guardian Meditations - Playing Host - An Image of the Buddha - Binoculars - The Electric Heart - Restraint of the Senses - Snakes, Fires, & Thieves - Enduring Principles - Part II Toggle subsection - Merit - On Target - The Art of Letting Go - At the Tip of Your Nose - Part III Toggle subsection - Fragments - Understanding the World & the Dhamma - Inner Eyes - Noble & True - Recollection of Virtue - Treating the Mind - Dedication ## Cover image - --> - - - -
