Then, on realizing the significance of that, the Blessed One on that occasion exclaimed: The sorrows, lamentations, the many kinds of suffering in the world, exist dependent on something dear. They donât exist when thereâs nothing dear. And thus blissful & sorrowless are those for whom nothing in the world is anywhere dear.
